Keeping up to date with the latest products from the hearing aid laboratories is obviously very important and Julian attends many seminars, workshops and meetings with the top manufacturers every year.

Prior to joining the hearing healthcare profession Julian's career included managing technical products in the aerospace and electronic industries. In addition to his registered hearing aid dispenser qualifications gained by passing the Hearing Aid Council's examinations in 2000 Julian also has an honours degree in electronics.

The Woking Hearing Practice offers the very latest hearing aids from leading laboratories many concentrating on Phonak, Oticon, Starkey and Widex plus occasionally ReSound, Siemens and Unitron. Being independent means that we are not affiliated to one particular hearing aid manufacturer. That means that we can help you choose the aid that suits you from extensive product ranges, at all price levels, in a completely unbiased way.

The latest Wireless and Bluetooth technologies are also catered for which can provide connections to your telephone, television, mobile and music systems.

All aids can be purchased with a 60 days money back guarantee and usually come with warranty periods of between 2 and 5 years.

Home Visits

Working with you and your family,in the comfort of your own home, we provide a free hearing test as part of a thorough audiometric assessment taking into account the client's lifestyle and their requirements for hearing well in all likely hearing situations.

We are always happy to demonstrate suitable hearing aids instruments after your hearing test.

We always recommend that a member of your family is available during this process to ensure that voices familiar to you are used so that such a demonstration is fully effective and allows you to gauge the effectiveness and clarity of the new aids.

With The Woking Hearing Practice there is a focus on spending time with clients to fully understand the clients hearing requirements and their audiological lifestyle. Instruments are recommended on the basis of these requirements within a suitable financial budget, always without sales pressure. The emphasis is on always providing the best hearing quality together with value for money.

Hearing aids today are stylish, cosmetic and offer excellent performance even in the most demanding of listening environments. Many can operate in a completely automatic way with the wearer not needing to make adjustments.
