The Woking Hearing Practice offers access to a repair service for all makes of hearing aid including aids not originally supplied and fitted by us.
Hearing aids to be repaired are sent speedily either to their original place of manufacture or to an hearing repair centre staffed by fully trained specialists who understand all types of hearing instrument brands and models.
Digital aids, programmable aids, in the ear aids, behind the ear aids and also wireless CROS and FM systems are all handled.
The laboratories hold large stocks of original replacement parts to ensure a speedy service.
Even the oldest, most difficult cases including aids discontinued or out of warranty are accepted.
Every repair is comprehensively backed by the repair laboratory's repair guarantee.
Important. Please contact us before sending your aid to be repaired. We will send you a strong box for you to send the aid in or we will collect it if you are local. If sending your aid to us by post we recommend that it is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery with the correct level of insurance. Items lost or damaged in the post on their way to us are not our responsibility. When the aid is repaired we will ensure it's safe return to you.
As a bonus all clients that use this service qualify for an extra cost reduction on any new hearing aid system supplied by us in the future.
So if you are not looking for brand new technology at the moment but need an existing hearing aid repaired we have just the solution.The all inclusive repair charge per aid is typically £110.00 plus insured return postage charges. Please note that some repair costs may be higher due to the complexity of the repair and age of the hearing aid.
If however we believe that the aid is unrepairable we will contact you before you incur repair charges.
