Your aftercare is important to you and to us.
Even modern hearing aids sometimes take a little bit of getting used to so your aftercare is a very important part of our service to you.
After your hearing test the fitting is normally 2 weeks afterwards.In emergencies we can pull out all the stops and fit within just a few days.
Two weeks after the fitting there is a follow up visit and another 2 weeks later. This provides plenty of time to make minor adjustments if necessary to ensure that you get off to a really good start.
Thereafter every 6 months we will provide check up appointments if desired and an annual hearing review also.
In the interim home visits can always be requested should there be anything amiss. We are very keen to visit within 2 working days if you need attention.
Batteries
We use the excellent Duracell Activair Hearing Aid batteries, just phone and we'll pop them in the post for you.
Accessories
Accessories and supplies from all hearing aid manufacturers are available from us. If you wish we will also install electronic equipment for use with your hearing aids and ensure everything works fine.
